We need to investigate installing OpenOffice or another such program to those machines that we do not have enough licensens for. It is completely free and compatible.

OpenOffice is Windows only. The Mac version is being created for OS X at http://www.planamesa.com/neojava/en/index.php Which is called NeoOffice/J .
We need to find one that is completely cross-platform and consistent across the district.
